Failure to pay
If at any point in your stay you owe more than $75, you will be given 7 days notice to either pay what is owed, or you will be asked to leave.

[2] Monthly fees are not pro rata – that means that, for example, if you are here for 1 month spread over 2 calendar months, you will be charged for each month separately. Monthly fees are payable at the start of each month. If you stay for less than 13 days out of a month, you will be charged $2 per day for utilities. For more than 12 days, you will be charged for the full month.
[3] Renters are given 2 free washing machine loads + 1 free dryer load per month
[4] The community gets one free hot-tub fill per week. This fee would be if you (and possibly others) want to pay for an additional hot-tub fill.
